Valerie communication was good however it took months for my truck to get out of the shop. The first time it was there it was to replace the belts. However the belts were replaced but not other standard inspection of the truck was done not even a test drive. After paid to pick it up I saw it wasnāt running correctly , Valerie ran the computer on it and found an issue. I donāt understand how a mechanic fixing my truck would miss an obvious issue not even test drive the truck and the service representative would find it. I would have taken it to another shop at that point but I didnāt have the means to tow it and it was already there. I am honestly weary of the work done on it and I fully expect it not to be done correctly. I would be pleasantly surprised if the work lasts.

I booked my appointment online which was easy and great, with Lupe. Lupe was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area was clean and had a space for coffee and snacks which I was grateful for because I forgot my coffee and breakfast sandwich at home. Waiting time was reasonable and I am happy they didnāt overbooked like other places do.

All the individuals I spoke to were very knowledgeable, courteous and made me feel at ease. However, I test drove the car around the dealership location and all was fine, but in expressway and city speed limits the car has too much wind noises. I donāt know if this one thing can be checked.

I took my vehicle into the Service Department to complete a software update, however I was surprised to learn that my vehicle was taken apart. This was not authorized by me as all I needed was for the software update to be completed as was recommended by my mechanic (which I explained at the time of drop off). I was received with a very poor attitude from almost everyone I interacted with during drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I am also beginning to doubt that any type of diagnostics were run and was needlessly charged for something that never happened. I am extremely disappointed and will definitely not consider returning to this dealership in the future.

i had two different experiences at your dealership this past week on the same day. I went to the service dept to have a tire checked out, that was good. The other was going to sales lobby and asking to speak with someone in finance. The young man that saw me couldn't and didn't know how to help. Sent me with Baldo Ramirez, who I had seen weeks before and that was a waste of time, don't know why that man is there. I hope you are going to take interest on this survey otherwise don't bother to send anymore. Even though I had a scheduled service appointment, it took over 2 hours for my vehicle to be ready. After it was delivered, my vehicle was dirty from the inside; it had mud stains on the seat, floor mat, and pedals. Also, an oil change was performed on it, and the oil life indicator was not reset; I had to reset it myself.

That online advertised price was $56,294. Included a $1500 Chevrolet discount and a $1000 discount. But when we start working on the numbers there was an additional line item for $5995. We were never shown an itemized list of what that was for, and asking got an answer of "things like locking lug nuts". We refused to pay it, and in the end arrived at a price that basically forfeited the dealer discount. We walked in with pre-approved financing from Bank of America, at 5.24% for 72. We were asked if we would do financing through the dealer if they could get the same rate, and we said yes, and specified Bank of America. When we got to finance, I'm told that Bank of America said 5.44%, and ended up with a loan from a local credit union at 5.49%. Not a lot of money, and we signed, but the deceitfulness of the experience left a bad taste. I would never go back, not even for service.

Dealer was unwilling to fix an Antilock Braking System warning showing on the App. The warning was pointed out to the dealer the day the vehicle was purchased. Nothing was done then. The warning was pointed out again yesterday. When I asked to schedule an appointment to get it fixed, I was told I'd have to leave the vehicle at the dealership for up to three days. This is not an issue I should have to wait for. Nor should it be an issue with a new car. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I went in for a oil change and multy point inspection and to see if i needed a tire rotation I informed them i will be taking a roadtrip and the front brakes where making a noise they said it was normal because gm uses cheap material but they will take a look at it when i picked up the vehicle i was informed that everything was ok and the sound was normal from the cheap break pads gm is using i did notify them i was taking a trip and wanted everything to be ok and they assured me it was fine i have had this vehicle for 7 months and the pads are still at 88 percent their is no reason for anything to be making a noise this is supposed to be a trusted dealership so i dont take my vehicles no where but i will have to start looking for another vehicle or dealership to get my vehicle serviced.

I was in and out with no problems. The only issues that I have is when your technicians getting to the vehicle to put them into the garage for servicing, they totally readjust the drivers seat. I donāt agree with that. Itās not like weāre taking a long road trip. Itās only maybe a few yards away.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and went over and beyond for this sale. Management appeared to be lacking. The salesman could not find anyone to make corrections to a typo on the form needed by my bank. Getting the money from the bank was delayed. The salesman had to go look for management for status after instructions were sent from the bank. Our salesman actually washed and cleaned my vehicle. There was only one person cleaning g and washing vehicles that day. Management should have addressed this issue so the salesman did not have to step in and wash my new vehicle after waiting a few hours.

1)The vehicle showed a low oil life, as well as the brake life. When I questioned it, they did an oil change and were supposed to give me a history of the oil changes...never got it. 2)The floor mats do not belong to my truck; the formation of the mat does not match to the flooring, nor is it for the entire row as there is no mat for the middle section for the seating. 3)When I inquired on accessories, I was entirely dismissed on my interest. I am interested in the bed cover and the bed lining as the one it came with allows water and moisture to enter beneath the bed tray that it has.

I cannot recommend Charles Clark Chevrolet on old 83 McAllen,Tx enough, and specifically āLitoā and his finance manager Paco for making my truck purchase happen. I came in with a very specific set of requirements regarding my credit, a $0 down goal, and a specific monthly payment. While other places might have turned me away, āLitoā rolled up his sleeves and went to work to get me approved for the exact truck I wanted. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He didnāt just rush through the paperwork; he made sure I took advantage of every single rebate and incentive available to get the price down as much as possible. Paco also prioritized my peace of mind by ensuring GAP insurance and a 100,000-mile warranty that were bundled into the deal so Iām protected for the long haul. To top it all off, even after the deal was done, they made sure the truck was detailed and had a fresh car wash before I drove it off the lot. If you want a salesman who is transparent, works hard for your business, and actually cares about the person behind the deal, go see āLitoā. Iām extremely happy with my 2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 with leather interior. <3 I love it! Itās perfect for my family !

I would have been more satisfied if I would have received my receipt for what was done. I was told that I don't get one if I use points to cover the cost. Back in MI , I received a receipt when I paid with my points. I try to keep accurate and up to date on anything done to my truck. With no receipt, that is hard to do. I did receive a receipt for tag #8690. A 2026 Silverado 1500 owned by Eliud Betancourt. Have no idea who that is. I own a 2023 Silverado 1500.

I arrived at 10:35 AM for a 10:30 AM oil change appointment, from the time that I handed out my keys to the service advisor at 10:40 AM to 11:40 AM, my truck was not touched at all other than the advisor getting the mileage. I understand the high volume of services scheduled, but I donāt feel like I was given the minimal attention needed to make me stay for the service. So, I asked for my keys back and left. Mind you, Iām in the market for another vehicle for my wife, but not so sure if this dealership is the right place, only because of the service. Now, Iām only taking the time to answer this survey because itās the fourth time this issue happens to me. Anyway, my truck still needs an oil change, but I might just go to Firestone or Take Five, or might just trade it in somewhere else. Thank you for your time, J. Mascorro

I had a great experience! Michael set me up instantly. He even got me a loaner truck, which I really appreciate due to my kids being in summer and my Truck being my own source of transportation. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in getting my vehicle up and running. I was stranded at the airport the night before when my Equinox would not turn on. I had it towed the next morning and it was at Clark Chevrolet by 8:15/8:20 am. Turns out the issue was due to a fuel pump module recall. Mike had my vehicle running and back on the road the same day.

Was told truck was going to be ready by 7/30/26. Wife called on 7/29/26 to verify. They explained that it had not being assigned a technician yet. I called Micheal the service advisor on 7/30/26. Then by miracle the truck was ready by 12pm. Why did I have to make a call so they could finally get to it?
