Clark Family Unveils Sleek New Branding, Reinforcing Commitment to the Rio Grande Valley and Automotive Excellence 

McAllen, TX – March 1, 2025– The Clark Family, a trusted name in the automotive industry, is proud to announce the rollout of its new brand identity, unifying its Honda and Chevrolet dealerships under one cohesive vision. This rebrand reflects the Clark’s long-standing commitment to their customers, their deep-rooted presence in the Rio Grande Valley, and focus on delivering an excellent automotive experience.

The new branding introduces a streamlined and modernized visual identity, including a refined logo system that unites both Clark Knapp Honda and Clark Chevrolet with a cohesive brand identity. Customers will see updates across all dealership locations, digital platforms, signage, and marketing materials as part of the official rollout. 

What’s New in the Clark Rebrand? 

  • Unified Brand Identity: A singular Clark logo with a cohesive visual system for representing both Clark Knapp Honda and Clark Chevrolet as a group. 
  • Consistent Brand Iconography: Clark Knapp Honda and Clark Insurance Plus in Pharr and Clark Chevrolet in McAllen will each be represented with unique individual brand logos that derive from the group logo. 
  • Honoring the Swiss Cross: Honors the tradition of the Swiss cross introduced into the Clark brand by Kirk Clark and his father, Charles Clark Louis Chevrolet was a Swiss-born racing driver and entrepreneur who co-founded the Chevrolet Motor Car Company in 1911. As a symbol of unity, quality and honor, the Swiss cross is a cornerstone of the Clark brand. Charles Clark was also a noted collector of Swiss Constructivist art prints and lithographs. 
  • Updated Customer Experience: Enhancements in signage, dealership materials, digital platforms, and social media presence to provide unity across all touchpoints. 
  • Commitment to the Community: Clark’s history and legacy in McAllen and Pharr remain central, ensuring the brand continues to reflect its family-owned values.
