I was so impressed with My Service Man, Hector and his crew. He was so helpful and saved me thousands of dollars. I took my 2020 Traverse in for A/C repair, Shift to Park issues & Numerous warning lights that had shown up. I knew it was going to cost $$$$. Took it in Monday they checked to make sure it wasn’t Battery issues, it wasn’t. Then they went to work. By Thursday Hector calls to inform me that my car is ready. And it’s going to cost me $100 !!! And that was my Deductible for an Extended Warranty that I forgot I had. But He tor checked. And saved me Thousands. I’m so grateful to the crew at Clark Chevrolet !!! I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and will continue to purchase them from Clark Chevrolet. They have never let me down, and I’ve always been very pleased with them. Thank You Clark Chevrolet in McAllen Tx.

Booked a 1:00 appointment. When i arrived at 12:57, I was told that it would be a long wait. It was...an hour and a half wait. Why book an appointment when you are not going to honor it. I don't think they rotated my tires which i asked for along with the oil change. They put 41 lbs of air in my tires when 36 is the correct amount. They did this on the last oil change too. doubt I will be back.

Went for an oil change for my 2024 Tahoe. They left oil stains on ruining boards, steering wheel, shifter button area and glove compartment where cabin filter was pulled. No paper mat on floor. Not very professional for a distinguished car dealership. I'm seriously thinking of going somewhere else for my next oil change.

We took in our truck Monday morning at 8, got diagnostic done and was told truck world be done a certain day, not once did service writer contact us as to updates, we called numerous times only to get the run around and never able to speak to him. Horrible communication skills and being lied to that truck would be ready a certain day, it wasn't! Our truck sat there for 3 days as part was ordered the day i went in person to get some kind of update. Communication is key in customer service and unfortunately service department don't have it!

Service overall from employees was great, my issue is what pricing is on items they are trying to up sell. I understand Clark Chevrolet needs to make money, but $81 for an air filter and installation (Filter is already removed for multi point inspection, and has to be put back in place). Maybe $45-$50 but $81 is a bit out there

Sent my wife to get an oil change and she ended up paying over $210.00 dollars. The oil change service with Labor was $110 dollars that was to rotate tires check fluids and air filter / oil filter . Then they asked her if she wanted to replace the air filter that they had already taken out and she said yes. She got charged $83.00 for parts and labor for an Airline filter .They charged her labor just to change out the air filter . The price to change air filter plus labor was almost half the oil change service .

I took my truck because the belt was making a noice . After 4 days in the shop I was told the pulley was changed . The following day I took it back for the same reason and was told the part was never changed that it was a miss communication between the mechanic & the adviser. After 2 more days in the shop and talking to the foreman in which did didn’t accept any responsibility for all the mishap & delay and loan vehicle's was denied . It was my worse experience ever . No apology, no free Carwash , no coupon for an oil change nothing was offered for there lack of attention to my vehicle

My wife went in for a low tire psi, the mechanic found a nail/screw close to the sideall which is not repairable by any means and they went ahead, ordered a new tire, got it the same day, installed it and provided my wife a shuttle ride to and from work all in all happy they got everything taken care of.

I have purchased 4 different brand new trucks from your dealership; and every time I visit the dealership with questions or help after the sale, I’m not provided with the same friendly service, enthusiastic and empathetic service as the one during the sales process. Everything went as good as it could be. The issue was setting up the appointment for the recall notice two days prior then walking in that morning and being told they do not have the part in stock to correct the recall issue. Luckily Valeria was able to find the part at another dealership. I don’t understand how an organization can set up an appointment to replace a part without verifying it’s availability. Someone should look into the processes in place for scheduling repairs and thank Valeria for finding a solution. Could have been a 5 star if I didn’t have to wait about 45 minutes wondering if I wasted a day off, and my time because your organization didn’t confirm inventory before setting up a repair appointment.

Dee, our sales rep, was very nice and friendly but we had to go back because she did not explain how to work the technology on the car properly. We also had to go back another day to resign paperwork for disabled license plates and deed of our tread in car. It would have been better if everything had been done properly the day we bought the car. Your sales reps should be better informed. On the other hand, your finance manager, Rigo, did an excellent job of explaining the paperwork we signed with him. He knows his business. For this reason, we gave you four stars instead of three stars.

Took vehicle in for some electrical issues with the door locks, remote did not want to work and door locks were not functioning at all. Technician could find what was causing issue with locks, he tried replicating but nothing happened. Locks started working and was told to bring back if it happened again.

I was good except for it was scheduled for Thursday and their service dept was backed up. They did not tell me until after the fact. It was in for an engine light and an oil change. Then the added a $40 dollar extra charge for supplies which maybe worth $5 dollars

I think that as a customer we should have the option of adding any add ons to the vehicle we are purchasing and not be force to purchase add ons that ridiculously price. Aside from that gap insurance is also ridiculously overpriced 2800 for gap when the bank I finance through offers it for no more than 800 but again the dealership decides that they want sell gap insurance through a separate party that is way more expensive. Over all I was not happy with the price I paid for the suburban. The only reason I bought is because I needed the vehicle

Valerie was awesome! She was honest and kept me updated with how it was coming along. The repair was great as well. The only thing I didn't like was that there was zero regard for the cleanliness of the inside of my vehicle. My driver seat floormat( carpet) was left with oil stains from shoes pretty much over the entire mat. The backseat mat had some stains but nothing like the front. The reason it was so noticeable was because I had just detailed the interior before the issue happened. I just hope that in the future, more respect is given to people's property.

First, my appointment was at 11am. I arrived 30 minutes early and was not denied. The seating arrangement was different but it worked. Added free fruits, snacks, and juice for customers on top of the free coffee. The TV channel tho was not anything I liked. I preferred a movie or ION TV not GMA Live or whatever that channel was. Facility was clean and staff professional.

Very poor service. Took a week to even do the diagnosis. I was given a loaner car, so I must acknowledge and thank Clark for that. However, even then.... Moreover, even after 10 days they did not fix the dashboard noise on the used car that I just bought from Clark. I had repeatedly asked the representative to check this and she had assured me it was taken care of, but I found out that was not the case. Appallingly, the mechanic was careless enough and made a small hole (very small though) in the passenger seat. Really very disappointing for me, especially since I just bought the car. Now they have ordered a part and say that they will fix the dashboard noise eventually. I don't know how much longer I have to wait. Moreover, the service rep I was interacting with, while polite, seems to have no clue. It is as if she is just acting as a messenger and not really confirming what I as the customer am requesting. Extremely disappointed to say the least. If I had known this, I would never have purchased the used car from Clark. I would have gone elsewhere. There are many other options available, I hope this message gets to the concerned authorities and at least they can ensure that the dashboard noise that I have been asking to be fixed is "really fixed" after the part they have ordered arrives. I hope they follow up and ensure that this is done in a timely manner.

First let me say that the service was excellent. I purchased my vehicle from Clark about a year and a half ago and everyone has always been respectful and courteous to me. This is the second time that I need to take my vehicle in for a warranty issue and service has been great on both counts. and I got my vehicle back and working properly However, with that being said there is one thing that I would like to point out that made feel a bit bothered and irritated. First of all I made an appointment for service a week before on the app and confirmed it for Friday August 15th morning at 7:30. When I got there I parked in front of the service area and a worker immediately came out and got in front of me and asked me what I needed. It was not one of the advisors but the fact that I made an appointment and he got in front of me before I even made it inside to talk to an advisor really irritated me. Primarily because after I told him why I was there he told me where to move my vehicle to and he told me to go inside and talk to an advisor anyway. Why couldn't I be allowed to go inside and and talk to the advisor before he stopped me? It just seemed unnecessary and it bothered me but I didnt say anything because I am not combative but I just thought that was not very welcoming. Especially since I bought my vehicle from this dealership. Other than this little hiccup everything turned out great and as i said service was excellent

I am very pleased with the attitude and professional approach of the salesman and the finance officer. I am disappointed that GM financial did not provide a more enticing offer to finalize the deal considering my credit score and credit history. A little hiccup was the inconvenience of having to make another 2 hour trip to pickup floor mats, but besides that extremely pleased with the overall treatment from the sales team.

Brought new car in to Clark for 1st oil change and was told by oil change employees that car has a oil leak and to take car across street to dealership so mechanic could look at it. shop foreman claims no oil leak told to take car back to oil change facility across the street where the same employee asked why I was back and I told him shop foreman said no oil leak oil change employee said you have a leak he said I showed it to you. so still concerned but will return in 2000 miles as they requested to re check it.

I booked my appointment online which was easy and great, with Lupe. Lupe was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area was clean and had a space for coffee and snacks which I was grateful for because I forgot my coffee and breakfast sandwich at home. Waiting time was reasonable and I am happy they didn’t overbooked like other places do.

Valerie communication was good however it took months for my truck to get out of the shop. The first time it was there it was to replace the belts. However the belts were replaced but not other standard inspection of the truck was done not even a test drive. After paid to pick it up I saw it wasn’t running correctly , Valerie ran the computer on it and found an issue. I don’t understand how a mechanic fixing my truck would miss an obvious issue not even test drive the truck and the service representative would find it. I would have taken it to another shop at that point but I didn’t have the means to tow it and it was already there. I am honestly weary of the work done on it and I fully expect it not to be done correctly. I would be pleasantly surprised if the work lasts.

I took my vehicle into the Service Department to complete a software update, however I was surprised to learn that my vehicle was taken apart. This was not authorized by me as all I needed was for the software update to be completed as was recommended by my mechanic (which I explained at the time of drop off). I was received with a very poor attitude from almost everyone I interacted with during drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I am also beginning to doubt that any type of diagnostics were run and was needlessly charged for something that never happened. I am extremely disappointed and will definitely not consider returning to this dealership in the future.

Even though I had a scheduled service appointment, it took over 2 hours for my vehicle to be ready. After it was delivered, my vehicle was dirty from the inside; it had mud stains on the seat, floor mat, and pedals. Also, an oil change was performed on it, and the oil life indicator was not reset; I had to reset it myself.

i had two different experiences at your dealership this past week on the same day. I went to the service dept to have a tire checked out, that was good. The other was going to sales lobby and asking to speak with someone in finance. The young man that saw me couldn't and didn't know how to help. Sent me with Baldo Ramirez, who I had seen weeks before and that was a waste of time, don't know why that man is there. I hope you are going to take interest on this survey otherwise don't bother to send anymore. I wanted to speak with the owners to state my concern but all of a sudden there are no owners, the Clarks don't work there I guess.

Dealer was unwilling to fix an Antilock Braking System warning showing on the App. The warning was pointed out to the dealer the day the vehicle was purchased. Nothing was done then. The warning was pointed out again yesterday. When I asked to schedule an appointment to get it fixed, I was told I'd have to leave the vehicle at the dealership for up to three days. This is not an issue I should have to wait for. Nor should it be an issue with a new car. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Asked for a shuttle service. Got dropped off a few miles away. Then I was not given the correct number to call for a ride back. Driver game me the receptionist's personal number and she never answered. I kept dialing the dealership number listed online but no one answered. I had to walk back. My truck service was finished but they never called me about it.

That online advertised price was $56,294. Included a $1500 Chevrolet discount and a $1000 discount. But when we start working on the numbers there was an additional line item for $5995. We were never shown an itemized list of what that was for, and asking got an answer of "things like locking lug nuts". We refused to pay it, and in the end arrived at a price that basically forfeited the dealer discount. We walked in with pre-approved financing from Bank of America, at 5.24% for 72. We were asked if we would do financing through the dealer if they could get the same rate, and we said yes, and specified Bank of America. When we got to finance, I'm told that Bank of America said 5.44%, and ended up with a loan from a local credit union at 5.49%. Not a lot of money, and we signed, but the deceitfulness of the experience left a bad taste. I would never go back, not even for service.

I was in and out with no problems. The only issues that I have is when your technicians getting to the vehicle to put them into the garage for servicing, they totally readjust the drivers seat. I don’t agree with that. It’s not like we’re taking a long road trip. It’s only maybe a few yards away.

Lolly greeted us as we entered the shop. She quickly did the paperwork and we told her we would return for the vehicle after lunch. She sent me updates while we were out and she suggested we replace the cabin filter so we added that to our order. The vehicle was ready when we returned.

I went in for a oil change and multy point inspection and to see if i needed a tire rotation I informed them i will be taking a roadtrip and the front brakes where making a noise they said it was normal because gm uses cheap material but they will take a look at it when i picked up the vehicle i was informed that everything was ok and the sound was normal from the cheap break pads gm is using i did notify them i was taking a trip and wanted everything to be ok and they assured me it was fine i have had this vehicle for 7 months and the pads are still at 88 percent their is no reason for anything to be making a noise this is supposed to be a trusted dealership so i dont take my vehicles no where but i will have to start looking for another vehicle or dealership to get my vehicle serviced.
